I'll add this re "rap", FWIW. (as I take the marker set away from Brian and
start painting the target on my forehead)

It's obvious to me that a lot of people write poetry. It's equally obvious
to me that not everyone can do it well. Just because you *think* you're a
poet doesn't necessarily mean you are, and just because you write it down
doesn't mean it should be amplified or shared in public via a microphone.

However, I will concur that some of those Outkast tunes are a bit catchy and
fit in well with the *funk* segment of the show than most offerings from the
genre' ever could. Yessirree...those are some popular tunes at present...
and they did win 2 grammys last night. however, is it as new and innovative
as some here are claiming?

For my money, one thing's for sure...I'd wager heavily that Rick James was
frantically looking all over the house for his clothes and hair last night.
Additionally...I'd bet Axel Rose was saying.."Hey ya'all, I used to move
*just like that* in the 80's. Tell 'em Slash!" (Slash mumbles something
inaudible...)

And IMO, that wasn't a mosquito voice Justin T. had going on....it was a
piss poor Stevie Wonder impersonation. I thought it was so bad/so low/so
sad/such an obvious ripoff that I about puked. the only thing he missed was
the glasses.

Ok...who wants the marker set now?
