I've rebuilt most of the old 60's live cassettes my pal taped. The pressure
pads had all rotted or fallen off. Putting 30 tape into a new Maxell shell
made a world of difference. Some of these tapes sound like they were recorded
last week. Too bad not many bands sound as good these days.
