Subject Pointed Sticks and where are they now?

I was looking at some old Amplifiers recently and came across a reference to
a band called The Pointed Sticks.  Does anybody have an opinion on this
band.  I've never heard or heard of them.

    I was also wondering what's happened to The Supers and Love Candy.
Anything new on the horizon?  I was disappointed to learn from Bruce Brodeen
that Teen Machine is no more.  *That* was an album that hit my sweet spot
perfectly!

    Finally, Bruce, could you give us any information on the upcoming Cars
Tribute CD?  I know the Millions are slated to cover a track.
