Now that's something I don't condone as it waters down the catalog and turns
fans into ex-fans.
Not sure if you have it or not, but we'll be releasing the Harem Scarem
"Early Years" soon...it's 16 tracks of arena rock that pre-dates their deal
with WEA (1989 through 1991). Also, if you can ever find it, Harry Hess and
Darrin Smith were in a band before Scarem called Blind Vengeance....a CD of
their Attic/Viper Records indie album was re-issued by Pacemaker back in
2001. Really hard to find (as Attic's parent company went bankrupt after
Pacemaker licensed it), but it's out there.
