Hello Auds,

(I kinda goofed up the type setting on my last e-mail so here's a newer
one that's compacted & easier to read....)

I'll be a guest this SUNDAY, Feb. 8th at 5:30 PM (ET) on WITR-FM (89.7)
in Rochester, NY on Mike Murray's "Whole Lotta Shakin'"Show....the ONLY
good music show here in Rochester, NY. Mike's show airs from 3 PM to 7
PM every Sunday in its entirety (Eastern Time) and "Tuesday Night
Shakin'" airs Tuesdays from 8PM-10PM (ET) and can be heard on the
internet at the following link:

www.modernmusicandmore.com

This week Mike will have PART 2 of his salute to the 40th Anniversary of
the British Invasion and I'll be on to promote the release of 2 new DVD
collection and my 40th Anniversary since I first performed with my first
band (The Centurymen) in February 1964 here in Rochester, NY.

***********************************************************************

I've started up a brand new company called Permanent Press/Ray Paul
Media which incorporates the Permanent Press Radio Promotion service
established in May 2002 (clients include Richard X. Heyman, The Villas,
The Limits, Lisa Bodnar,Tony Martino, and William Nowik), and the new
Ray Paul Media company dealing mainly with DVD releases and my own
current and future music CD releases.

NEW: The first 2 releases in the new "POWER POP ABOVEground PERFORMANCE

SERIES", are never before released concert, tv and club appearances I
did dating back to 1978 and up to 2000. The DVDs are reviewed in the
current Jan/Feb issue of AMPLIFIER with reviews coming up in GOLDMINE,
DISCOVERIES and THE BIG TAKEOVER.

Here's what on each DVD: PERFORMANCE REEL VOL. 1....includes:
.....Ray Paul & RPM Live at The Orpheum Theatre in Boston, MA (1978)
.....TV Appearances on the local David Brudnoy Show on CBS in Boston, MA
(1978)
.....EMITT RHODES & Ray Paul in concert at the Poptopia Festival in L.A.
in Feb. 1997.Backed by an all-star band of players including JAMIE HOOVER
(Spongetones), WALTER CLEVENGER, BRIAN KASSAN (Chewy Marble,
ex-Wondermints), & BRYAN SHUMATE (Van DeLecki's). TOTAL = 85 minutes.

"PERFORMANCE REEL VOL. 2" includes:
.....RAY PAUL & RPM Live at The Paradise Theatre. This concert was
simulcast on commercial FM station WCOZ. First gig with new guitarist.
.....RAY PAUL & RPM on "Boston Live." This nightly newsmagazine show
aired nightly at 6PM-7PM and were done to promote the release of our
1980 album "Go Time." The band was down to the original 4 members and
these performances rank amongst my favorite.
.....RAY PAUL & THE ALL-STAR POP BAND. This was shot at IPO in L.A. in
July 2000 to promote the release of my CD collection. The band members
included MIKE FERNANDEZ (WC & Dairy Kings), BRIAN KASSAN (Chewy Marble),
WALTER CLEVENGER, and JOHN THOMAS (Box The Walls). Features a special
guest appearance by EMITT RHODES who joins me on "Some Sing, Some Dance."
And WALTER & I duet on an old Everly Brothers album track. TOTAL = 114
minutes.
