1990, toronto, canada, based squawk rock (various complaints about
society, etc).
I designed this cd & worked with this group when I was at capitol canada.
Their non-Capitol indie releases gained them some cred but the big label
experience seemed to have messed them up. Lead singer went on to a solo career.
Last time i saw them, the singer was stealing beers from a Nettwerk party
that I had put aside for staff. * sigh * i might have yelled at him,
I can't remember....
he was a difficult character. Rest of band were nice (always the way,
isn't it?).
I think I've already sold off my copy of this cd for $1.00.
