I have to say I'm partial to the Blue Thumb record,
but after a few listens, "Hang On Mike" might end up
winning. Not to slight "Falling" or "Play with Your
Head" (terribly underrated, imho), but this one's a
frickin' killer. Mike Gent's guitar leads are spot on,
and material is a total emotional rollercoaster. The
"Hang On Mike"-"Painkillers"-"Superkid" segment is
just gut-wrenching.

BTW,.on the Todd Foulsham subject, it appears he's not
technically "back in the band"--he sings backups on a
bunch of tunes, but the drummer this time out is Mike
Benigno.
