<<Highly recommended for fans, 2 copies on eBay right now - cheap (so
far). It's the only professionally recorded live Replacements I know
of, and the performances are very good. Includes 'Another Girl, Another
Planet', 'Here Comes A Regular', 'Answering Machine', 'Talent Show'. >>
other professionally recorded live replacements:
"like a rolling pin" - a live dylan cover, of sorts, from another promo cd, called "don't sell or buy, it's crap"
"hey good lookin" - b-side from "i will dare" 12-inch single
and lastly but not even remotely leastly:
it wasn't "professionally" recorded, but, hey, neither was the replacements' first album, and who's complaining about that! - "the shit hits the fans," their live cassette-only release from 1984, which is easily one of their best albums. it was recorded by a bootlegging fan with a tape deck, but it's a phenomenal audience recording of a phenomenal performance.
