Although I will likely be a latecomer to answering this (the price one pays
for being on the digest version), "Riu Chiu" is the Christmas carol heard at
the end of the Xmas episode from season 2. It is (if memory serves) a
traditional Spanish carol. The arrangement was done by Chip Douglas who
used to perform it with the Modern Folk Quartet, and it is available on the
Rhino CD MISSING LINKS, Volume 2 (and on the Season 2 DVD box).
