For the record, they toured the USA in 2002 with Carl Wayne on lead vocals.
The Hollies have been playing Europe constantly, so it was a great treat that
that crossed the Atlantic for a brief tour. Hicks and Elliott are still with
the band.
And the show was very enjoyable, but I missed Allan Clarke's vocals. Not that
Carl Wayne is a bad singer, it's just that Allan's vocals were a trademark of
the band.
