I'm a big fan of Redd Kross. A little like the Hoodoo Gurus they have
the knack of writing great standout singles. My fave album of there is
still Third Eye which capture the band coming of age in my opinion
retaining that Nuerotic edge of their earlier work but with enough
polish to make it kick ass. Phaseshifter is definately influenced by
the grunge phase (pardon the pun) but still some great tracks on it. I
like Show World too - it's a good pop record but loses a little
identity when compared to Third Eye. I'm really looking forward to
their new album and should be a beauty if the SMG Ep is anything to go
by (their cover of Motorboat is a cracker).
