Ron Strykert joined a cut church down the road, CUT. He's called me a couple of times about mixing some of his tapes, but never followed through. He seemed sort of "scattered". He's been doing some bar gigs and teaches guitar lessons. A few years ago Mrs Profit, the CUT leader decided
the end was coming, so they built a bunch of shelters and stocked them with food, mostly bought on credit. If the end is coming, no need to worry about paying bills! Nothing happened except they managed to leak thousands of gallons of diesel and destroy some beautiful drainages. AS a
result, a lot of those poor folks lost everything. Mrs Profit, has since lost her mind, and the church has been selling off parts of their massive property holdings. This was the Malcom Forbes ranch. In the late 70's early 80's Forbes tried to sell it to the park service, as it is
next to Yellowstone. Mr James Watt, the head of Interior refused, being a proper Regan republican, no more money for the parks... They have now bought some of the ranch but for loads more than Forbes would have sold it.

Just after the hoo hah down there, a lot of Strykert's gear showed up in the shops around town, guitars, and studio gear.

It would be highly unlikely that the other in MaW would want to join back up with Ron Strykert, or vicky verky.
