Oh, I totally agree w/ Bill w/ there *not* being a bad cut and paste, so you
know........from a customer service standpoint, it's literally impossible to
keep many thousands of people perfectly happy, thinking yr the bomb(and
let's face it, there's a lot quirky people in the music afficionado world)
especially w/ 4000+ items in stock that come from very small distributors,
indie labels and bands, self-releases by artists--- and while we're not
going to keep everyone hunky dory with all that goes on here at Not Lame,
dammit we're going to try, try, try and put ourselves out there and not
shirk taking any heat in an attempt to try and do what we do, better! :-D

Just the anonymous part that gets my goat as there's two sides to every
boring story, blah,blah, blah.......

Btw, many thanks Mike for overseeing all the hard work w/ putting together
the Top 50 list.......i was worried, but in the end, was heartened to see 11
of 20 in the Top 20 be indies and the rest of the list populated w/ them, as
well. Good Job, Audities!

Peace,
Bruce
