VH1 is running a series of shows called "Bands Reunited," spotlighting
reunions of the likes of Kajagoogoo, A Flock of Seagulls, and Frankie Goes
to Hollywood. (For the full list, see
http://www.vh1.com/shows/dyn/bands_reunited/episode_list.jhtml .)
Of most interest to me (and others here, I'm guessing) is an episode
featuring Squeeze, to be shown on Jan. 30. Here's how it's billed at
http://www.vh1.com/shows/dyn/bands_reunited/74726/episode_about.jhtml :
This episode of VH1's Bands Reunited chronicles the effort to reunite
Squeeze, the pop rock group whose numerous hits include "Pulling Mussels
(From The Shell)," "Black Coffee In Bed," and "Hourglass." Host Aamer
Haleem travels the globe to track down former band members and convince
them to come together for a one time only reunion and performance. Will the
guys in Squeeze be tempted to jam with their old friends? Or would they
rather keep the past in the past? Tune in and find out if they're willing
to put their divisive break-up behind them and play together one last time.

Is all this drama real, or has it been manufactured for the show? Either
way, it might be worth checking out.
