Probably, since they appeared on a compilation within the last 18 months or
so called THE SYMPATHETIC SOUNDS OF TOE RAG on Sympathy for the Record
Industry, a bunch of songs recorded at the newly fashionable Toe Rag Studio
in London, where most of the White Stripes' ELEPHANT was recorded. That's
the studio with the "no equipment after 1963" dictum.
Given their sound and the Toe Rag association, I always assumed that Billy
Childish had a hand in somewhere. Does he?
And, of course, they get points for the best name for a girly-punk band
since the Muffs.
