Well, rock is pretty much forbidden in the Muslim world, and there are a
number of Jewish rockers who don't make religious music (e.g., Mark
Knopfler, Peter Wolf). I did read an article on another listserv yesterday
about noted Christian rocker Bran Setzer. Christabilly, anyone?
