That was clay? I always thought it looked like it was sculpted out of
ground veal!
Too few people today know just how funky the early Commodores were, thanks
to Lionel's later rep as the king of the treacly ballad. Any of their
albums up to at least 1978 are worth the couple of bucks you'll pay in the
used bins.
