Target and Circuit City are also known to carry exclusives. In fact, Bon Jovi and U2 both released entire CDs exclusive to Target with bonus tracks, remixes, etc.

Now, if it was announced right off the bat that the track listing would be different for its later release, that's another story...because they'd've known what they were getting into.
