Or provide a discount on the new one to those that can prove they bought the first CD release?
Even though David Grahame is complete wack job, I thought it was very cool of him to send out his last release for free to anyone that could prove they bought all the rest of his releases (either copy the covers or email him a picture of you holding all his CDs).

what are your thoughts on making the bonus disc of material available
separately to those of us who purchased the cd the first time around?
