Drew,
I have mine here and it's printed on the label as 2002, but I would side
with you, I don't think it was on anyone's radar til' 2003 (not even sure it
was truly available, either). Let's see what Mike says - but I would call it
2003, myself.

My copy is now at the home of a friend who's not answering her phone at the
moment --and if she was, she would take the opportunity to berate me for
caring about geeky stuff like release dates-- but I'm fairly certain that
it's an '03. AMG confirms that, though Frank's own site is unclear on the
subject. I'll leave it up to Mr. Bennett. Hey, Mikey!
Incidentally, while I probably prefer his previous, poppier FUGITIVE GIRLS,
Bango's work with songwriting partner Richy Vesecky on UNSTUDIED shows the
sort of artistic growth I find particularly gratifying.
