Which brings up something I've wondered about for a while: whatever happened
to the "also available" notations on record jackets and CD booklets? You
still see it from time to time --especially if the previous releases were on
the same label-- but you'd think that even label-nomad indie acts would want
to tip music buyers to the existence of other material. Maybe they think
putting a website address on the insert is sufficient self-promotion?
Embarassed by their earlier efforts? Embarassed that their earlier efforts
may be out of print? Hmmm...
