hrm, not that many, but the few that mentioned do tend to tick me off.
I know Sloan did it for one of their albums, maybe "one chord to
another"?

on the flip side, I know where i've gotten lots of bonus CD's by buying
albums early/day of release.  examples:

Blues Traveler: "on tour forever" included with "travelers and thieves"
soundgarden: actual album name escapes me, but bonus disc was with the
album that "outshined" was on
latest dave matthews solo album (sucks by the way)
aimee mann's initial release of "lost in space" had a 3song ep
ben folds live album came with a DVD
Orbital's "b-sides" album
toad the web sprocket's "fear" came with a 5-song EP "5 live"
