I am the one who added the 45s' album to Scott's 2003 release tracker.
The album consists of material recorded in 2000 and 2001 and some of the
songs appeared on singles in 2001 and 2002. But, the album itself was never
released at the time. A deal with Mercury to do so fell apart.
Here in Holland, where I bought the album, the 45s CD was released in
February of 2003 on an independent label.
So, it should be eligible for this year's list. At least it will be high on
mine.
