It was first released on Good Records, an indie label
formed by Tim DeLaughter's co-partners at his Dallas
record store, in June 2002, then re-released on the
Hollywood label in June 2003 (with bonus tracks),
so I suspect it should be treated the same way that
other albums released on indies one year and majors
the next have been (c.f. Kevin Tihista, Soundtrack of
Our Lives, etc.). I think Parasol distributed the album
on Good, which is why it was possibly available in
the Chicago area, but not as widely as the 2003 version
on Hollywood.
