I say GOD BLESS, THE BOY for being a wonderfully, publically and honest
fucked up mess! So he went off and was actin a bit 'spoiled', or whatever
the reviewer wants to call it, he still put up two hours and was himself,
for better or worse. At least, he has SONGS to back up any of his behavoir,
which is a lot more than, surely, more than the 90% of the bands that have
visited the venue this year.

I would have loved to have stayed to the 'bitter' end and enjoyed every
minute of unpredictability and his raw, imperfect talent....

He's made himself such an easy target. It's become a down right bore-fest w/
all the journalists drooling to pick apart all that he says and does. Come
on, he did not dial it in, as most major label bands continually do, day in,
week out.....until they disappear for good a year or two later after their
second album dies an ugly, proper death as they can't write a half-decent
song inside their scripted, predictable live show.

Ryan, Rawk On.....Rock Righteously. Drinks are on me!

Westerberg, btw, should know better than to buy into what HE reads in the
press on such a kindred soul and connection to his former self.
