Aaagh!!!! Dammit!!! I'll post the rules tonight -- I thought I had copied
and pasted the rules before I hit send. I don't have the rules at my
office.

However, here are the basics. Send in your list of your favorite records of
the year. Rank them from 1 to 20. If you want to submit a list of less
than 20, that is fine. They must be ranked. A point value is assigned
based on the ranking -- number one records get a 25 point total. From
there, a number two record gets 19 points, a number three, 18 and so on.

Only 2003 records are eligible. They must be full length records, not EPs.
Compilations are not eligible, whether they are multiple artist or single
artist.

Because release dates vary in different countries, the basic rule of thumb
is that a record that is released in one country in 2002 and issued in
another in 2003 is still eligible (for example, LIL' BEETHOVEN by Sparks),
UNLESS that record has made any of the previous Audities poll Top 20s.
Also, if a record came out very late in 2002 or didn't get proper
distribution until 2003, it's eligible. When the record was recorded is not
germane -- thus, The Aerovons are eligible. All in all, I rely on an honor
system.

There are three ways you can submit -- 1. Submit your ballot directly to me
at MrHonorama@hotmail.com; 2. Submit your ballot to the list; or, 3. Submit
the ballot to me and the list, to assure I get it.

I think that covers the key rules. I'll post the official rules tonight --

Mike Bennett
