Lee's list is a list of 2003 releases -- but it's not a list of the only 
releases eligible.  It's more of a guide of some of the year's releases.  
Lee would have to work full-time 24/7 to list every disc released in 2003 -- 
everything he's doing now is above and beyond the call.  I'll post the 
eligibility rules tomorrow night.
