I agree with the first paragraph, but there were only a couple of songs
that grabbed me on first listen (which was last night).  It's good, for
the most part, but nowhere near as awe-inspiring as the first one.  Which
was largely a re-recording of the Semantics record, using the same
arrangements (from what I've heard of Powerbill), with Millard Powers all
over the place.  Powers only plays on one song here.

Makes me think that a lot of what I like about Owsley is actually Powers.
 Gotta check out his own solo record one of these days.  Anyone know
where I can find it?
