I totally concur with both of you here...
While this is a fine CD, it doesn't come close to the songwriting and
arrangement
prowace he gave us on the first album. Track 3 ("She's The One") is
stellar...and
probably the best song on the disc. The rest of the album is radio-ready,
unoffensive yet uninteresting AAA rock. "Be With You" is catchy, but overtly
cliche in its attempt to be the "single" on the album. Yawn....
The bar was raised very high for poor Will, but I think he could have given
us something better than this.
