Dave, 
The other CD you could make is artist's that have written song's 
paying homage to Ray Davies or the Kinks. 
Doug Powell and Chris Stamey come to mind. I know there are more but 
I'm drawing a blank....(Argh, there is one about not being able to 
write a song like Ray Davies…I want to say Tahiti 80 but I don't 
think that's it).  Does this ring a bell for anyone?
