Bunch of good choices... I'll echo the Todd and Beach Boys and add Todd's
Hermit. And a few oddball choices (mostly not power pop):

Matthew Sweet: Girlfriend
Van Morrison: a bunch; Enlightenment, Healing Game to name two relatively
newer ones
Rolling Stones: Tattoo You, Some Girls
Paul Simon: Hearts and Bones (if you start after "Allergies")

Prince: Sign O the Times
Bangles: All Over the Place
Elvis C: Imperial Bedroom
