> Outkast are a hip hop duo and the new album is getting a lot of press for
pushing the boundries of hip hop, musically speaking anyway. This release is
a double CD and is primarily solo releases by the 2 members, Big Boi and
Andre 3000. Most of this attention has been focused on Andre 3000's disc
and I have been hearing a lot of comparisons to Prince. The single "Hey Ya"
can definitely be classified it as a great "pop" single. However, I don't
think I would catagorize the album (or Outkast) as a pop outfit. But, IMHO,
they are pretty cool.

Mark's definition scares me. *runs and hides under a pile of beatles 45's*
