Thanks this is useful - but how if I might ask is it that we ordered it direct from the 'source' and can't get it, but it's on eBay? I know Rhinohandmade is now reselling thru other outlets than the website (at least I've read that they are), but I ordered this very promptly after getting the notice (within 2 days) - how are the other sources getting copies and I can't (and I've received emails offlist that dovetail with your experience).

i did have that problem too....in fact I had to cancel the order from Rhino,
but I found that folks on ebay were carrying it, and I got mine today, so try
there.....
