I am in search of two tracks by The Connells, for a "collected
rarities" compilation intended as a holiday gift. The songs I have been
unable to beg, borrow or buy are the cover of "Cruel to be Kind",
which was recorded for the soundtrack of "Dead Man's Curve" (the
song was used in the movie, but the soundtrack was pulled from release;
according to the Connellian Font o' Knowledge only advance promo
copies exist), and the acoustic version of "Let It Go" recorded for the
syndicated "Spin College Radio" show.
I need both these tracks in lossless format (i.e., no mp3s or
streaming media captures); in exchange I would be willing to offer a
very generous trade from my live trades list at http://db.etree.org/chyral.
(No Connells; not much pop, but a fair variety of other artists & quite a
bit more material to be added in the near future.)
