I was just listening to this fine release this morning and the bonus disc is actually a CD-ROM in Quicktime, not a DVD (unless there's a new version out!)
The CD itself is excellent. A few Flops songs, a few Trip Shakespeare songs, and a few covers (Ooh La La, I'm in Love with a Girl)

Thre's this CD that we're bringing in here at Not Lame in a week or so by
the FLOPS, which features Matt Wilson(Trip Shakespeare, Dan's brother) and
John Munson(Semisonic)...it's mainly an acoustic-styled album, that also has
a bonus DVD of their live show,as well(which I still need to watch).
Here's more info on the band at the amazing AMG site:

But we'll have it at NL here very soon.....
