To get this back to reality... After the 1979 Roxy Music show at the Oakland
Auditorium, there was a midnight show with Dwight Twilly and The Jam. Great
show, but I was breaking up with my g/f that month, so it sort of hurts to
think about it. At the late show one of my soon to be "ex's" pals was there.
When she was introduced to the woman who ran Tom Petty's fan club, she turned
to us and said in a very loud voice, "wow she's old!".....

Consiquences has a special place in my collection. The greatest halfbaked
concept album ever, a triple disc set too. I love it...Not to forget G+C were
also on K-Scope, Phil Manzanera's album, as were several Split Enz.

When we interviewed Eno at KSAN, he was promoing Warm Jets, but June 1st had
just come out that day. When I mentioned Yes, he said "you might like these
bands better" and wrote me out a list: Ralf And Florian, Cluster,
Harmonia......Still have it on the wall in  the studio.
