THE FORMAT:
Anyone else diggin this new band from Arizona? Their debut on Elektra
came out last month and it's quite a stellar piece of acoustic driven pop
from two "relatively" young guys. They had an EP teaser that came out
early in the year that got me turned on to them. Think Guster melded
w/ some early Posies. Cool stuff!

What else?
Dandy Warhols / Ima Robot / Stellastar*: More 80's re-hash posturing...bleeach!
JET....JET....JET!! Still my fave from this year so far! Long live rock n'
roll. The Aussies rule!
The Shins - Chutes Too Narrow: Not sure why it took 2+ years
to record an album in a basement...but pleasnt twisted, retro pop.
