I bought something like this years ago at a Circuit City. It looked
like a great comp and many songs I NEEDED at the time. I took it home
and at first I thought it just sounded funny. Then as I heard more of
it, it sounded just plain HORRIBLE. I returned it to Circuit City
and I voiced my compliant. In the extra fine micro print it said
something about it being updated versions of the songs. The CC
manager kept teasing like "well, it was only 5.99" and so on in an
attempt to undermine my annoyance. He would not refund my money, and
I had to purchase something else to get rid of the beast. Ethics
schmethics I guess. Oh, well, he's right it was only a CD and I was
only a customer. There are much, much bigger problems out there but I
have not gone back to my local Circuit City.
