I'd actually heard a live session by Jet on XFM before I went to the show,
which was another reason I was disappointed. I wonder if perhaps they are just
getting a little run down by the grind of touring the US, and had an off
night. I hear the length of a full USA tour is often a shock to foreign bands, who
aren't used to playing 30, 50, 100 back-to-back shows, especially as an
opening act.
And I do want to say that they weren't bad, if they were to come back as a
headliner I would go see them (or as an opening act for someone I liked.) I
just had hoped to be blown away, and wasn't.
