Maybe some of the musicians (those who are unsigned/on their own label/whatever) simply don't have the
money to produce many copies of their albums? When we played IPO Liverpool we could only bring a handful of
CDs with us to sell, simply because we're dirt poor.
Of course, we still didn't sell out the copies we brought, but that's because we're not very good ;) If there'd
been ten or twenty times the demand we'd still have only had the same few copies to sell...
