Mark,

that's actually inaccurate - the point other's were making is that many CD
burning programs will simply convert MP3's on the fly so that the initial
conversion to *.WAV files is unnecessary. In this case, it doesn't matter
that the intended player will be a player that cannot play mp3s - you can
still include mp3s w/o converting to *.wav first.

Actually, Gabriel, I would first ask what is the device on which you will
play that CD you are burning.  If you just plan on playing the CD on your
laptop or your home computer or any newer CD player that can read MP3 files,
then you don't have to convert them to .WAV files.   However, if you plan on
playing the CD on a conventional non-MP3 capable CD player, then you must
convert them to .WAV format.
