Hee Hee ... hey, I'd much rather the "Chiller Theater" bedecked versh
of The FMs than the Flash Gordon issue of em ... these are damn fine
looking capes, those velvety numbers. The silverish ones they were
wearing right after the namechange from The Crackpots( a name of which
I personally dug way more than The Feindish Minstrels BTW ... but who
am I)were pretty garish. ;-) I just hope they don't start donning
crowns at some point.
I had some great pics of said earlier capery shenanigans o'er Mitch
World ... when there was a Mitch World. There may be some stored over
the Mitch/Ledz Yahoo Group ... if not I can upload some.
Blackmore, eh? Yeah ... good one ... Ledz used to do a rippin' version
of "Hush!"! I think it might have always sorta' annoyed Mssr Easter
being thought of as simply that guy that writ "Every Word Means No" ...
had that cute lil' band named Let's Active ... whatever ... like he was
merely some 80s alterna-dude w/an acute acumen behind the producer's
board or something.
The cat's got HISTORY!! And a damn fine ear! Plus ... he's one of THE
best guitarists EVER.
We did an all live Let's Active CDR tree a while back o'er said Yahoo
group of just the covers they used to do ... well ... any band that
would whip both "Flaming" offa' Piper @ The Gates and "Back In Black"
onya ... along w/"Hey Grandma" and "I Can't Reach You" ... ALL on the
same night! HEY NOW! Ledz was a MASSIVE band ... and a band massively
missed! At least by yrs truly.
