For those interested in such things...

Apple rolled out iTunes and the Apple Music Store for Windows users
today. I've used it and it works great. I've also used eMusic and 
though some might argue that the iTunes service is too commercial it
offers a far better user experience if you can find songs you want. At
least from my experience. About half the time with eMusic the samples
won't play and I've actually had songs say they've downloaded when they
 haven't. Not to mention having to resume queued tracks the next day.

And there's no subscription fee. www.apple.com
