Just picked up a copy of Liverpool Express, Best of...
These guys are excellent. Billy Kinsley used to be a
member of The Merseybeats. They played on the same
bill as The Beatles a lot in the early 60's, Cavern.
Billy has a voice that sounds like if McCartney and
Lennon would have had offspring together. Liverpool
Express reminds me of 10CC.
Also, Billy's friend, Kathy McCabe wanted me to
mention that Billy is also a historian of things
Liverpool scene. He will be giving a talk at the
Cavern on Oct 16 at 5:30. A little FYI.
Can't wait for IPO Liverpool. Its gonna be groovy.
