More business news:

VUNet USA has signed a definitive agreement to sell EMusic.com Inc. to
Dimensional Associates LLC.  The transaction is scheduled to close at the
end of October.  Details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Dimensional Associates LLC is an equity group based in New York focused on
distribution services for online music.  The group's other holdings include
The Orchard, an online distributor of independent labels and artists, and
Digital Club Network, a company focused on the online distribution of live
music.
