I guess "remind" is a good word to describe this. I don't think Fountains of
Wayne ripped off Owsley....but reminds is a good word.
And there's no doubt that both Owsley and FOW are paying great homage to The
Cars.
I guess it's that 25 years later and it sounds new again thing that's going
on.
You know, when grunge was happenin' it was obvious to spot who was doing the
grunge thing. But it's taken 25 years for The Cars thing to come back.
So, 25 years from now we'll be groovin' to boy band retreads!
