I listened to the song on the record label's site.. It definitely sounds like
Billie Joe but it's kind of a new wave, synth pop type of thing.  I'm going
to have to pick up this CD.   For those who don't read the article, a new
CD came out this week on Billie Joe's record label by a band called The
Network.  It's apparently Green Day in disguise (plus 2 other people, 
there are apparently 5 people in the band.)
