I think their first album is pretty good. It has a neat mood to it,
but part of my fondness for it is probably a nostalgia of being
20/21 around that time. It's produced by Peter Walsh (who also
produced The Church's Heyday album). And it's always kind of
reminded me of what Heyday would sound like from an LA rock band.
A long time ago I made an info page for Lions and Ghosts. It's
orphaned now, but still works, and there is a sound sample of the
promo-only track I included on my 80's comp. It's at
