Right. I think of those two more as Townshend solo albums with Daltrey vocals
(and a couple of Entwistle tracks thrown in, of course). Frankly (and I know
this is sacrilege) I'm not a big fan of Daltrey's voice, so I'd be perfectly
happy for PT to just do another solo album of the same caliber as "Empty Glass."
I guess the real question is whether he has some good material or is just going
through the motions. With Townshend, either is possible.
