They're mp3s, not audio tracks. You can fit a lot more of those babies on a
burned disc. Most of the modern "universal disc" players will play them
(along with DVDs, CDs, CD-Rs and CD-RWs). Or you could just play it on your
computer.

I've heard some of these tracks on fan tapes before and some of them suck
hard, but some are quite interesting. And 130+ songs for $5.80 PayPal?
Can't go wrong.
